I’m not sure how that could happen. I guess if I were violating a copyright by drawing and profitting from someone else’s IP, but that’s pretty easy to avoid and resolve, since unless you’re making millions you’ll just get a cease and desist and you can just stop.

As for financial, do you mean something like entering into a business deal that screwed you over?  I haven’t done that either, but either way that would be resolved on a case by case basis.
